Prosecco with Mandarin, Lime and Bitters Ice Pops

Ingredients

To make the ice pops:

1 part Hansells Mandarin, Lime and Bitters

5 parts water

edible flowers

To serve:

1 bottle Prosecco or sparkling wine

Instructions

To make the ice pops:

Combine the Hansells Mandarin, Lime and Bitters and water in a jug

Place an edible flower in the base of each ice pop mould (or use an ice tray), and pour in the diluted syrup to fill. Place in the freezer and freeze overnight.

To serve:

Place 1-2 ice pops in each glass and fill with Prosecco or sparkling wine.
