Place the Hansells Blackcurrant, Cranberry with a hint of Basil, frozen blackcurrants, juniper berries and sugar in a small saucepan with a splash of water. Place over low heat and simmer until pulpy. Leave to cool, blend, then pass through a sieve.
Blend together the lemon juice and basil. Strain.
Half fill 4 glasses with crushed ice. Pour in the lemon juice mixture and a splash of sparkling water.
Top with more crushed ice, then the blackcurrant puree and serve.
